Kilgore High School’s scrimmages are over, and it’s time for soccer season.

The Lady Bulldogs finished up with a 5-3 scrimmage win at Sulphur Springs on Monday, and they’re at home all weekend, beginning Thursday, with their own tournament, here at R.E. Both teams play twice tomorrow. Kilgore’s Lady ‘Dogs play Lindale here at 1:30, as a part of their tournament, but the tournament actually begins at 9 with Chapel Hill meeting Carthage. Pleasant Grove faces Sulphur at 10:30, Nac meets Hallsville at noon, then Kilgore-Lindale. The rest of Thursday: Tyler Legacy faces Chapel Hill at 3, Sulphur plays Nac at 4:30, and Kilgore comes back in action for the nightcap Thursday at 6 against Abilene Wylie.

On Friday, Kilgore plays just once: at noon against Chapel Hill. The Lady ‘Dogs play once on Saturday, as well: at 1:30 against Tyler Legacy. See the complete schedule on the sports section on
