Funeral services for Wanda Jean Taylor Ector, 48, of Kilgore, Texas, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, June 21, 2019 at Kilgore Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Kilgore Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are under the direction of Victory Funeral Services.
 
Wanda was born to Otis, Sr., and Margaret Johnson Taylor on July 10, 1970. She departed this life June 14, 2019 in Longview, Texas.
 
She graduated in 1989 from Kilgore High School. She attended Kilgore College followed by a work career as a health care worker.
 
She is survived by her husband, Mikel Ector of Kilgore; son, Kendrick Ector of Longview; daughters, Shereka Ector, Shanice Ector, Keyanna Ector and Te'Undra Ector, all of Kilgore; her sisters, Joyce and Angela Taylor ; brothers, Calvin Taylor, Alvin Taylor, Rev. Marvin Taylor, Timothy Taylor, Otis Taylor, Jr. and Darrell Taylor and Michael Taylor; eight grandchildren, Isaiah, Kamille, Kamron, Kendrick, Jr., Kensley, Dakayden, Dakoda, and Jermelle.
 
Public viewing will be June 21, 2019, from noon until 7 p.m. at Victory Funeral Services.
