Snow falls Sunday, Jan. 10 at Kilgore High School. Overton ISD has announced plans to close schools on Monday, Jan. 11, but no other local schools have done so at the time of this writing.
Local schools have announced school closures for Monday, Jan. 11, due to significant snowfall.
As of 6 p.m. on Sunday, Jan 10., Overton ISD and Kilgore ISD cancelled classes for Monday.
Henderson ISD, Leverett's Chapel ISD, and West Rusk ISD have not yet announced plans to close. This article will be updated if the situation changes.
