Kilgore Police Department reported the following arrests Oct. 11-17.

FRIDAY, OCT. 11

FrancesĀ  Irene Haynes, 60, of Overton, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated with an open container of alcohol.

SATURDAY, OCT. 12

Zachary James Sims, 20, of Gladewater, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated with a Blood Alcohol Content greater than or equal to 0.15.

SUNDAY, OCT. 13

Shannon Anthony Mullican, 37, of Gladewater, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated with an open container of alcohol.

MONDAY, OCT. 14

Jack Linker Hathcoat Jr., 66, of Kilgore, was arrested on a warrant from another agency.

Michael Steven Sickler, 43, of Kilgore, was arrested on two warrants from other agencies.

TUESDAY, OCT. 15

Billy John Mason, 61, of Kilgore, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication.

WEDNESDAY, OCT. 16

Zion Zaire-Vincent Waller, 19, of Clermont, Florida, was arrested on charges including possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to yield right-of-way.

Lorenzo Dimas Cisneros, 34, of Kilgore, was arrested on charges including assault causing bodily injury (family violence) and interfering with an emergency call.

Daniel Anthony Jackson, 36, of Kilgore, was arrested on three warrants from other agencies.

THURSDAY, OCT. 17

Leonard Charles Harrold, 66, of Longview, was arrested on a charge of theft of property valued between $100 and $750.

Paz Y Amaya-Reyes, 36, of Kilgore, was arrested on a charge of intentionally abandoning/endangering a child.

Anthony Craig Pinke, 55, of Kilgore, was arrested on two local warrants.

Ashley Renee Bell, 31, of Longview, was arrested on two local warrants.
