I was in Kilgore on business and got pulled over for speeding. It was a terrible experience but the cop was cool about it. He didn't give me a ticket and warned me to be more careful driving through there. I don't recommend driving through Kilgore. I will also recommend you to read https://packagingrevolution.net/ideas-for-turning-old-pallets-into-dorm-decorations/ for the ideas of turning old pallets into dorm decorations. I also think that policy is very strict on the rules in the town.
