A regular meeting of the Gregg County Commissioners’ Court will take place at 10 a.m. Monday, Jan. 11 in the Commissioners Courtroom on the third floor of the Gregg County courthouse, 101 E. Methvin St. in Longview.

a. Precinct 4 – request approval to assist City of Lakeport with ditch cleaning at 20 Melanie Court. Precinct 4 will furnish labor and equipment with Lakeport providing all necessary materials. Project Planning Report is included.

6. COUNTY CLERK

a. Request approval of Continuation Bonds for Elected Officials Precinct 1 County Commissioner Ronnie McKinney, Precinct 3 County Commissioner Floyd Wingo, Sheriff Maxey Cerliano, Tax Assessor-Collector Kirk Shields, Precinct 1 Constable Michael Grisham, Precinct 2 Constable Billy Fort, Precinct 3 Constable John Slagle, and Precinct 4 Constable Danny Craig II.

b. Consider for approval Gregg County Commissioners Court Minutes for the December 2020 term.

7. COUNTY JUDGE

a. Request approval of FY21 funding agreement between City of Gladewater – Lee Public Library and Gregg County.

b. Discussion and any necessary action to approve a Resolution in Support of the Texas Opioid Abatement Fund Council and Settlement Allocation Terms relating to the allocation and use of the proceeds from any Settlement Agreements.

8. MAINTENANCE

a. Discuss and consider approval for Liberty City Water Supply Corporation to perform a directional bore for installation of a one inch (1”) polyethylene water line within a two inch (2”) polyvinylchloride (PVC) beneath Spokane Street, located in Precinct 3.

9. PURCHASING

a. Consider approval of Addendum to Agreements with Quadient Leasing for post machine.

b. Consider approval of Postage Funding Enrollment with Quadient Leasing for postage machine.

c. Consider approval of Texas Senate Office Space Lease Contract for the Honorable Bryan Hughes.
