Friendship In Action

Volunteers from the Chamber of Commerce's 2019 E4 Leadership class were joined by SWEPCO employees and from the city of Kilgore at Harris Street Park Monday to begin assembling the all-abilities playground. Assembly is expected to require at least three days followed by drainage grading and other finishing details. City Manager Josh Selleck said the park will be ready to open to the public before September 30, the end of the city's fiscal year.
