Kilgore Improvement & Beautification Association has announced the winners of its 2019 Christmas Lighting contest.
The contest has judges scouring throughout Kilgore for the most impressive, creative and best-looking holiday lighting displays.
This week, Kim Gore of KIBA, along with Erin Gore, Lavada Thomas, Ruby Dodgen and Wanda Irby made their rounds through the city, both downtown and in the neighborhoods, with a keen eye out for the very best Christmas light arrangements.
