Christ the King Catholic Church recently recognized graduating high school seniors and awarded six scholarships to those continuing their education.
Those receiving scholarships included: Nataly Huerta: Spirit of the Gospel Scholarship; Lesly Herrera, Arely Rojas, Reyna Vazquez: Our Lady of LaSalette Scholarship for Women; Alice Cervantes, Fabiola Vanegas: Marvin E. and Genevieve F. Zoller Academic Scholarship; Danna Requena, Anai Zarate: Saint Mother Teresa Scholarship; Raymond Espinoza: Deacon Dennis Scholarship for Men; Yamir Sanchez, Valente Cedillo: Knight’s of Columbus Scholarship; Thomas Barker, Owen Rey, Axel Lira.
