The National Diabetes Prevention Program (National DPP) is a year-long, evidence-based lifestyle change program proven to prevent or delay type 2 diabetes in people with prediabetes. In recent years, an increasing number of organizations delivering the National DPP have expressed interest in obtaining CDC recognition. In response to this increased demand, CDC’s Division of Diabetes Translation (DDT) has launched an online customer service center (CSC) intended to provide additional support for organizational staff and other health professionals involved in delivering CDC-recognized Diabetes Prevention Programs. In support of this effort, we developed a welcome video featuring DDT director Ann Albright.
