That’s what Kilgore College softball did on Wednesday, sweeping eighth-ranked Angelina College here at the new Ballpark at KC Commons. KC beat Angelina, 7-1, in the first game, then 7-4 in game two.
The Rangers (15-13 overall, 3-1 in Region XIV Conference play) were to play at Paris today – a doubleheader that was moved back to noon and then 2 p.m. – and then they’ll be off next week for spring break. They’re back in action Wednesday, March 22 at Tyler.
