The Bulldogs (0-1, having lost their season opener at Liberty-Eylau) will visit Whitehouse tonight at 6 p.m.
Kilgore opens the OBC on Thursday at 11:45 a.m. here at Driller Park against Central Pollock. A full OBC schedule, for Driller and the other sites, will be a part of the News Herald's tournament coverage on Wednesday.
Kilgore High's softball team also had to sit out the weekend, after the White Oak tournament was canceled.
Kilgore coach Cheyenne Kirkpatrick, seeing the strong chances of rain in the forecast for Tuesday, moved her home opener with Garrison to today. The Lady Bulldogs (2-3) will host at 6 p.m., here at Stream-Flo Field, beside Driller Park.
The Lady 'Dogs are scheduled for the Longview Texas Two-Step tournament at Lear Park that begins Thursday.
