The end of the downtown streetscaping project is nearing an end -- and there will be light to see it by. On Friday, the first sunny day in what seems like weeks, workmen installed ornamental light standards along the remodeled portions of Main and Kilgore streets. The lights will be finished over the next several days. Weather permitting, of course.
