During last week’s Toast of the Town in Longview, Sarah Raif, of Kilgore High School, and her partner Calli Miller received the award for Best Presentation from chef D. Noble of Meadowbrook Country Club. The “Toast” was a fund raiser for the Longview Museum of Fine Arts. They also won a ribbon for Best Decorated Chef’s Hat.
