District Breaks Ground

Two new campuses set for final completion deadline of July 2013
Kilgore Independent School District Superintendent Jody Clements led the gathered representatives of Kilgore and KISD in the ground breaking for two new schools Tuesday afternoon. “Many people in the community said it wouldn’t happen,” said Clements. These new schools will be the first built in more than 15 years.

Yeah bonded together...NOT!

Yeah bonded together...NOT! The public schools have gotten so retarted, they are driving their students away. Im looking into home schooling mine in the years to come. The public schools have failed to properly educate our children, as home school studys show that children that are home schooled are 2 grade levels above children that attend public schools. All the teachers teach now is to prepare them for state tests. The teachers have no control over the students, and Lord forbid your child is late to class or absent one too many days, they will take your butt to court, for NOTHING! Guess who is paying for that waist of time? Yep taxpayers! Lets not handle it at the schools, lets take it to court...really? Im really disappointed in this school district and the state of TX in general when it comes to public schools.

This is what was going on

This is what was going on when we came by there yesterday afternoon. The tall kid in the black T-shirt on the right is Zevely's son, Jackson. That could be her daughter, Maci, on the left, but I can't be sure. K

Bonded together for the next

Bonded together for the next 30 years to pay this one off. If those kids are still here then they will get to help pay for it too.
