Pam DeCeault named Citizen of the Year

Pam DeCeault, Kilgore National Bank Executive Vice President and an active volunteer in the community, was honored as Citizen of the Year Tuesday night during the 82nd annual Chamber of Commerce banquet at First Baptist Church.
