SFA chooses Kilgore for first ‘livability’ study

‘Free’ has a nice ring to it, especially at Christmastime. A team of researchers, trained and in training, will likely descend on Kilgore next year as Stephen F. Austin State University implements a pilot program designed to gather a multifaceted picture of the city's quality of life.
