Rep. Hopson discusses immigration, ObamaCare with Lions

Facing a challenger in the upcoming November election, incumbent Republican State Representative Chuck Hopson on Tuesday was nevertheless focused further ahead to the next legislative session. Legislators are facing a slew of ongoing issues they must address, Hopson told the members Kilgore Lions Club, all the while dealing with a $19 billion budget shortfall.
