Mistakes plague Rangers in season-opening loss

Only the steady cooling breeze went right for the Kilgore College Rangers football program on an otherwise tough opening night at R.E. St. John Memorial Stadium here Saturday night. KC made some early mistakes that visiting Hutchinson (Kan.) Community College was able to capitalize on, allowed the Hutchinson advantage to snowball, and wound up on the wrong end of a 41-10 decision.

the touchdown in the fourth

the touchdown in the fourth quarter wasn't the only/first score of the game. 3 points from a FG is better than nil. I believe the phrasing was just off a touch.
