Kilgore Police arrested a Gladewater man Tuesday after he reportedly was chased down the road by businessmen from the Stone Road office building. According to Lt. Roman Roberson, officers were dispatched to Highway 259, north of Stone Road, where Calvin Kelly, 44, was being pursued by occupants of the office building located at 1100 Stone Road.
