Domestic violence reports are on the upswing in Gregg County since 2007, according to numbers released by Gregg County District Attorney’s Family Violence Department. In Kilgore, 66 domestic violence cases were reported by Kilgore Police Department in 2009, up from 49 cases in 2007.
