Airport gets $500,000 federal grant for improvements

By J. LOUISE LARSON news1@kilgorenewsherald.com Improvements at East Texas Regional Airport got a $500,000 federal boost this week. U.S. Sen. John Cornyn made the announcement Thursday. The funding comes through the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) within the U.S.
