Gregg Co. Grand Jury indicts 61 in recent session

The 188th Judicial District Court Grand Jury returned 61 indictments during the July 28 – July 29 session. Twenty-one indictments were sealed due to no arrests at the time of indictment. Jeremy Ray Overman, 26, of Kilgore, was indicted on a charge of intoxication assault.
