Indians lose, but Yankee slugger’s 600 HR chase extended
For one night, a young man from Kilgore was the center of the Major League Baseball universe. Jess Todd, a former Kilgore High School standout and current righthanded pitcher for the Cleveland Indians, stole a bit of the national spotlight Thursday night from all-everything slugger Alex Rodriguez.
