ETCOG partner will no longer repair homes

Some 57 low-income elderly East Texas residents have been left wondering when they will get the home repair help they need. The Center for Housing Resources, a partner with the East Texas Council of Governments (ETCOG), dissolved its home repair program effective immediately during the center's July 15 board meeting.
