Grand Jury returns 62 indictments in recent session

The 188th District Court Grand Jury returned 62 indictments during the July 14 – 15 session. Sixteen cases were sealed due to no arrest at the time of indictment. Joshua Eldon Alford, 27, of Longview, was indicted on a charge of criminal mischief in the value of $20,000 or more. Alford was also indicted on a charge of evading arrest or detention in a motor vehicle.
