Stoudt: Cities and county must cooperate

Kilgore and Longview seek TIRZ assistance

To work together or not, that’s the question. How well the county should work with the cities in its boundaries seemed to be an underlying issue over two Gregg County commission agenda items Monday. As in the past on projects calling for county collaboration and financial consideration, Pct. 2 Commissioner Daryl Primo took issue with both.
