Theft doesn’t get much lower than this. Part-time Kilgore resident Fred Niles was shocked to discover someone had stolen his handicap walker after a recent visit to a local grocery store. The Vietnam veteran went into Brookshire’s on Monday with his walker, parking it and getting into a courtesy power chair.
