The City of Kilgore is almost ready to talk trash. City manager Jeff Howell gathered three proposals from waste management companies prior to the June 25 deadline, and a committee will be looking at the city’s options soon. Three piles, each with multiple binders, represent proposals from Inland Services, IESI and the current contract holder, Allied-Republic.
