Prosecutors plan to present evidence in the Jason Neil Vickers homicide investigation to the Rusk County Grand Jury soon, according to Kevin Roy, lead investigator in the case. Roy, an investigator with the Rusk County Sheriff ’s Office, said he is unable to comment on particulars of the case due to the secretive nature of grand jury proceedings.
