Construction on Kilgore’s newest apartment complex is proceeding on schedule, and developers said some of the planned 76 units could be available for rent by the end of this month. Project Supervisor John Lassiter said weather has been the only snag in the construction of Lexington Court, a 76-unit complex located at 3507 N Highway 259, behind the Ramada Inn.
