Poker run for vets planned for July 24

The Rusk County Veterans Monument Association is planning its first annual motorcycle Poker Run July 24 in Henderson. The event is designed to raise money for a veterans monument to be built in front of the Rusk County Courthouse in Henderson. Leo Gonzalez said the association plans to erect a monument bearing the names of military veterans who live in Rusk County.
