I-20 rain blamed for rash of crashes

Sudden, heavy rain and slick roads led to a series of accidents along Interstate 20 north of Kilgore Wednesday afternoon. Emergency personnel from Longview and Kilgore responded to the westbound lanes of I-20, near Estes Parkway, after five separate vehicle accidents occured in less than one mile of road way.
