Well if the levels of

Well if the levels of prescription drugs in her system were therapeutic, then why was she driving like that. Her actions conflict with that statement!!!!!

I read the article wrong the

I read the article wrong the first time I wrote. I apologize for that, but still, Wingfield's sentence is absurdly inadequate for her offense. TO: Texian1313 - How correct you are, and if judge Brabham gets re-elected, the people of the County should be ashamed of themselves. A true travesty. Woe be unto Gregg County. I am just nauseated about this thing. Trying to understand how that family can be so devastated, and the judge can be able to hold his head up in front of his constituents. An eye for an eye. She should be getting a lethal injection, and quickly. Not allowed to live and breathe good air, while those three people cease to live because of her. Long story short, why did they even go to the expense of a trial? The way she was NOT punished really wasted time and money of the people. Yep, it is totally wrong. Things like this is what drives people to more violence, i.e., bringing firearems to court and carrying out another form of justice. Sad situation in general. Be ashamed Judge Brabham, be very ashamed.

How Horrible. Seven years

How Horrible. Seven years for killing three people. Judge Brabham: What were you thinking? If the woman had been over limit with BAC would you have given such a light sentence. I dare say NOT. No conscience is involved here. You too will have a day at our last judgment. Hope the good Lord is lenient on your for your sake.

Life sure is cheap around

Life sure is cheap around here.

In my county(Williamson) she

In my county(Williamson) she would have been put away for LIFE! This is a TRUE travesty of justice! 7 years for 3 lives....I hope the people of Kilgore remember this at Election Time!

I think that if Wingfield had

I think that if Wingfield had killed the judges family he would not have been so laid back with his sentencing! I mean come on! Our family has been devastated by something that could have and should have been prevented, and she gets a slap on the wrist! Whatever. She will be out and killing other unsuspecting families in 3 1/2 years!
