There’s a familiar face in charge at East Texas Treatment Center this week. Longtime Kilgore resident and community powerhouse Merlyn Holmes is the facility’s new director. She replaces former executive director Bobby Hale, who left to take another position, and the departing Tara Berger, who handled marketing and fundraising.
