Muncy tells Rotary Club members of her international law enforcement experience

Kilgore Rotary Club members welcomed Jill Muncy, niece of Rotarian Charles Whiteside, as guest speaker during Wednesday. Muncy, is a former deputy chief for the Dallas Police Department and currently works as a private police contractor for the U.S. Department of State.
