Residents around the Kirkwood addition will need to find alternate routes to navigate around Woodlawn and Chandler. The City of Kilgore will close off a stretch of Woodlawn for construction work. “The streets will be closed beginning June 7 and will re-open prior to school starting back in August,” said street superintendent Tim Hobbs.
