Kilgore inventor helps with oil spill

As the Gulf Coast oil spill clean up continues, Kilgore resident Jimmy Jones plans to help using a skimming device he designed in under a week. More than a month after an explosion aboard an oil platform owned by British Petroleum, crude oil continues to leak from the drilling hole on the ocean floor of the Gulf of Mexico.
