Civic Garden Club hold a rewarding end of year meeting

Awards and installation of new officers highlighted the final meeting of Civic Garden Club’s 2009-10 year. President Diana Ponder conducted the meeting. Martha Clark gave the invocation. Members were saddened to learn of the death of Sgt. Kenneth B. May, Jr., son of club member Karen May. He was killed while on active duty in Afghanistan.
