It seems that Ronnie Spradlin

It seems that Ronnie Spradlin has no vision for Kilgore... and the biggest challenge facing the council is not "replacing staff?" what about the city's growth, aging infrastructure, streets, Rabbit Creek sewer. I can think of a plethora of challenges and I am not running for office. I believe that Mr. Spradlin is a nice person but nice people aren't necessarily great leaders. If Mr. Spradlin wants to be the next mayor, he should at least provide us with some intelligent responses to the questions and have a vision for our great city. Just my thoughts... Steven
