KISD candidate Tinney says his residency should not be an issue

Stories that he lives outside Kilgore school district are untrue, Kevin Tinney said this week. As a candidate for school board, Tinney is required to live inside the district. Since he declared his candidacy earlier this year, stories have circulated that Tinney lives in the Leverett’s Chapel school district.
