Engineer sent back for more pricing

City trying to figure cost of fixing water line

Kilgore city council will wait a little longer for answers on the Rabbit Creek sewer trunk main project. A work session Monday didn’t provide the information council members had asked for from KSA Engineering of Longview, the company that originally engineered the flawed project and is now working on solutions.
