Barbara Ellen Kiker, 67, of Kilgore passed away on Tuesday, April 6, 2010 at her residence in Kilgore, Texas. No formal services will be held. Her final resting place will be in the state of Washington. Arrangements are under the direction of Victory Funeral Services. Barbara was born in Lawton, Oklahoma on April 9, 1942 to the parentage of Homer and Doris Hunt Hill.
