Primo, Stoudt at odds over DPS chopper

Help is on the way in the form of a DPS helicopter to be based at East Texas Regional Airport. Whether the help is needed - and where to house it - is still up for debate, at least in the opinion of one county commissioner known for dissent on the Gregg County commission.
