First Lady Kay: ‘I’ve had a wonderful year’

The Beta Sigma Phi First Lady banquet was held Friday, March 26 in the fellowship hall of First Baptist Church. Bonnie Jackson Kay was honored as the 2010 First Lady of Kilgore. Long involved in local church and civic affairs, including the Kilgore Improvement and Beautification Association (KIBA), Kay, 101, was gracious in accepting the honor.
