Baxley ends 39-year printing career

After almost a half century in the printing and newspaper industry, Royce Baxley is looking forward to doing a little fishing. The Kilgore News Herald’s press manager is trading barrels of ink for a bait bucket as he retires today. The Mabank native has been at the Kilgore News Herald for 17 years.
