Kathleen St. will get upgrades, as well

The Chandler Street extension improvement project just got extended. Kilgore city council members voted in Tuesday’s meeting to improve another leg of Kathleen Street down to Whipporwill. The change is expected to aid families negotiating their way in and around the Maud Laird Middle School area.
