Five-year-old run down on the way to the bus stop

Jesus Martinez Soto, 28, has been charged with criminally negligent homicide in the death of 5- year-old Jae Michael Mc- Naughton. The boy died Thursday after he was run over at the corner of Gulf-Hercules Rd and Burns St in west Kilgore.

why were these children walking to the bus stop at 6:20 a.m. is that a missprint? it was still dark out, the sun was just barley coming up. is 6:20 a.m. a missprint?
