Tourney helps KHS improve, coach says

Kilgore High School softball coach Cassie Newell will be the first to admit the young season has not been a cakewalk. Trying to replace a few players, particularly graduated pitcher Meagan Youngblood, has been difficult, but things are getting better, Newell said, after the Lady Bulldogs lost three games by one run each in the Spring Hill/ White Oak Tournament last weekend.
