My prayers go to all the

My prayers go to all the families of all parties involved. This is something very sad that everyone must live with forever. I am a mother so to everyone's mother I am sorry and may God be with you all though these times.

God Bless all involved. So

God Bless all involved. So tragic for a child to lose his life. Who is to blame? Only God knows! My heart goes out to the Parents, brother & sister even tho I do not know them--I know how my heart would be hurting if I lost one of my children. The driver should have yield the right of way to the children. Even if an adult had of been there -- they could have been hit too since the driver did not YIELD.

This Guy had been driving

This Guy had been driving this truck with out tags , Insurance , No drivers License, Come on people where have you been to not have arrested this guy before this accident happened.... Kilgore is not that big... Nothing on this vehicle since 9/09 Hello...............

Was this guy an illegal

Was this guy an illegal alien. I sure hope not because if he is then that is going to cause all kinds of problems. If he is he should not have been in Kilgore in the first place.

I feel for all the people

I feel for all the people involved. Whether it was an accident or not, this man killed a child and he's got to live with that and the families have got to be in agony. To lose a child would be horrible. May God be with them!!!!

I am related to this child

I am related to this child and pedestrians have the right away and it says it was at an intersection. ALways watch for children.....

How horrible for everyone

How horrible for everyone involved-the brother and sister who witnessed the accident, the parents, the family and the classmates. And what if the driver was not at fault? What if his vehicle was not functioning properly or something was going on with him medically? What if the child ran out in front of him? Whether he was at fault or not, he will live with the horrors of this day for the rest of his life.

there had better be

there had better be charges... how can you do this without being held responsible...have to be in control of your vechicle at all times

The death of anyone is

The death of anyone is tragic. My prayers are with the family and anyone else involed in this incident. Through talking with different ones I am close to in the KPD and EMS, this was not an intended accident. There is a lot of anger and hurt the is rightfully justified. Blame cannot only be placed on the driver. Whether he be an illegal or not! Blame should not be laid at all. The driver should have been watching a little closer. The children should have been watching their surroundings. And the parents should not have allowed their 5 yr olds life to be intrusted to teenagers. That is how I am looking at this. It is a horrific situation. It was not done in malice. The hurt and blame need to worked through and everyone in the community should pull together for all in this situation.

My heart goes out to Jae's

My heart goes out to Jae's family, I pray for his family to find peace. Jae will live on in our hearts. It is normal to go thru a range of emotions, anger included. I don't know how you cannot blame the driver, he has a child himself, & while it was not intentional, it was negligent to say the least. Living near by especially, how could he be unaware of the bus route?? What was he doing that he didn't see THREE CHILDREN on their way to the bus stop. The age in IL to babysit is 12, how much older do you think his sister & cousin should be, to walk to the bus stop in a group. The 16 yr old was hit too. Again, how can you not see 3 kids?! Blame should not be laid at all?, blame cannot be placed on the driver? Watching a LITTLE CLOSER? It is repulsive that you are placing the blame on the kids and parents.

I can not believe that you

I can not believe that you would post some of the comments that you did. Who are you to put the blame on the parents???? You say that "blame should not be laid at all", yet that is what you are doing when you say " the parents should not have allowed their 5 yr olds life to be entrusted to teenagers"!! When driving a vehicle it is YOUR responsibility to watch YOUR surroundings! You know next to nothing about what took place and yet your placing blame?! And what you think you do know, you have gain illegally!! I wonder how many laws were broken by the KPD and EMS by giving you ANY information other than "no comment" or "Im sorry I cant give out that information"? Right now if there is to be any fingers pointed it should be at the KPS and EMS for releasing any information!! As they know that providing any information regarding patients is unprofessional and a HIPPA violation. I will be forwarding this to the Texas Department of State Health Services.

that is right little jae will

that is right little jae will never hug mom or dad again , or them the same never go to school and play with frienda again !! i say no bond !!! i always look around me when i drive !!!!!!!
